QUESTION:  How is shipping cost figured?

ANSWER: The shipping charge on the checkout page is for US customers only, international customers will have to contact me directly for shipping costs. International customers should forward your shipping address and what you want to purchase and I’ll forward the shipping options. I normally ship UPS Expedited for international, as I have found that is by far the fastest and most reliable international shipping service. However, for less expensive items, the Post Office / GlobalPost is an economical option. All shipping charges are exactly what the shipper charges.

QUESTION:  Can I return an item?

ANWSER:  I try very hard to ensure everyone is 100% pleased with every purchase.  However, if you are not for any reason, I will refund 100% of the item’s purchase price.  I give everyone 7 days from the date you receive your shipment, no questions ask.  You are only responsible for the shipping costs.

 

QUESTION:  Do you sell any reproductions?

 ANSWER:  I do NOT list any reproductions on my website.  Yes, I ended up with a few over the years.  They all go into a separate box to ensure they don’t get mixed up with the real thing.  If you are interested in buying reproductions, contact me and I’d be glad to make you a deal.

 

QUESTION: Do You offer a Cash Discount?

ANSWER: YES. 5% cash discount for personnel check, USPS Money Orders or Bank Check. Just contact me direct and we’ll work our the details.

QUESTION: Is anything else included with the purchase?

ANSWER: No. Every listing only include one (1) item, unless multiple items are clearly indicated. Any props used in the pictures are not included.

QUESTION: Do you allow layaways?

ANSWER: YES. 25% down. I’ll hold for up to 6 months. All payments will be in cash or cash equivalent. Unfortunately , I can no long offer cash discounts with layaways.

QUESTION: Do you ever sell items from your collection?

ANSWER: Not normally, but I have in the past. I will consider any offer.

 

 QUESTION: Do you accept PayPal.

ANSWER: PayPal will not allow me to use them on my website, since I sell items that they prohibit (don’t get me started on the logic of PayPal policies). However, I do have a PayPal account and can arrange payment with PayPal, just contact me direct.

 

QUESTION: Are all your items from WW2

ANSWER: No, but if it is not from the WW2 era, I clearly state it.
