HISTORY. Veteran “Bring Back” by Roland E. Fletcher of Manyau, Ohio. Joined the Army when he was just 18 yrs old and went ashore in Normandy and as member of the 479 Engineering Battalion. Received a Bronze Star & a Purple Heart. Retired 25 years later as a Colonel. The family told me that this banner and a cased Mother’s Cross (separate listing) have been packed away since their father had returned from WW2 and just recently discovered.

The banner is approximately 120” x 50” (rare size). Double sized and multi-piece. In near MINT condition with only slight discoloration on the white disc.
