This is a M-1951 Post-WW2 Bulgarian Army officer Dress Parade Dagger. The grip turns very slightly, but seems secure. The blade is bright, with a few age spots showing. The scabbard is straight and with one very light contact mark. The dagger hanger rings seem to have been reapplied and the hanger is missing. Overall it shows some age, but still a nice addition to your dagger collection and a great price!
