An excellent deluxe Army General officer’s dagger hanger. Shows light wear on the very fine brocade and very light wear on the reverse velvet. Both the upper box clip and lower snaps are the deluxe type with raised oak leaves and DRGM (Deutsches Reich Gebrauchsmuster, meaning: German Reich Registered Design) stamping. Only light loss of the dark gilding on all parts. Excellent++
