An Army Short Bayonet with Frog & Portepee. The hilt has a nickle pommel and crossguard and a crisp black grips. The blade is nickel-plated steel blade and is very slight dull, but maintains most of its cross grain. On the reverse racisso is the maker mark for E. Pack & Shone. The leather washer remains. Accompanied by its black metal scabbard that’s straight and with only one minuet dimple on the ball with about 95% of its original paint. The leather FROG show some drying and the portepee is mint. Overall Excellent++.
