This Chained SS Dagger shows all the text book examples of early production.  The hilt mounts are nickel and remain in fine condition.  The tang nut does not look as if it has been removed.  The ebony grip remains in excellent condition.  The SS runes button is mint.  The nickel grip eagle is the type with a beak that is turned up slightly.  The scabbard obverse is excellent with very nice original paint.  The reserve has a few areas the paint is missing, but overall a superb example.  The chain is all nickel with outstanding crisp skulls and runes. Attached to the end of the chain is an early short hanger of the same vintage of the dagger. The upper and lower scabbard mount are all nickel and all in excellent condition.  The unmarked blade (very typical) is like a mirror with only the slights marks.  Near MINT.
