HISTORY. The P.38 replaced the production of the time-consuming and expensive P.08. It was the numerically most common pistol of the German Wehrmacht. The production started 1939 at Walther and at Mauser and Spreewerke 1942.
A beautiful all matching c. March 1944 production CYQ (Speewerke) P-38, 9mm, Serial # 187m, E/88, 98% original finish, perfect grips, bright bore with a matching dated 1944 P-38 holster from “gxy”. No Import stamps.
