Constructed of a blue/gray wool/rayon blend. Luftwaffe cap eagle and cockade are hand stitched. Some damage to the top of the Luftwaffe eagle. The interior of the cap is a cotton/rayon blend with a period repair. The interior is stamped “See-Fl-Hst-Kdtr. Hornum”. “Kohn” is hand written next to the maker stamp. Well worn, but complete and a good example of a war time cap.
