Top of ribbon has a medal attachment that says, “Wreath Award”. Stamped medal devise with, “Protection Association Serental” printed across the top. The ribbon is suppose to be sewn to the medal, which has become detached. Obverse white half of the ribbon has come unraveled. Marker mark on both the obverse and reverse.
