HISTORY. National Socialist War Victim's Care (NSKOV) was a social welfare organization for seriously wounded veterans as well as frontline fighters of World War I. The NSKOV was established in 1934 and was affiliated to the Nazi Party.

Constructed of stamped alloy. Visor cap badge in the form of a stylized eagle with down-swept wings, clutching "NSKOV" in its talons, and with that organization's emblem superimposed to its breast.
