Constructed of stamped gilded feinzink. The obverse consisting of an elongated Kriegsmarine-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika. The reverse with a horizontal pinback meeting a flat wire catch and a central stabilizing clip. Unmarked. A majority of the gilding is missing.
