Constructed of black wool with a buckram core. Each is trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping. The Sig runes are hand-embroidered executed in silver aluminum wire and the rank collar tab has three silver pips. The Sig Rune show some rub wear and the rank tab is has some excess paper backing.
