Rare matched set of Allgemeine-SS collar tabs for a Hauptscharführer of the 108th Foot Regiment. Constructed of black wool , the right obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver-grey number “108”, unmarked, and the standard buckram core. The left collar tab displays two strips of fine silvered bullion, with black embroidery in the valley between the strips, stitched in place near the bottom edge; with two silvered zinc rank pips, and standard buckram backer.
