This is a beautiful Austro-Hungarian Naval Officer’s Dagger, dating back to c.1917. The hilt is MINT,
with brass pommel & crossguards and a bakelite grip. The buffer pad is lost to time. On the reverse racisso has the maker mark, “Tills Neffen in Wien”. The double etched steel blade is a work of art, with the Gold-touched Austrian coat of arms on one side and Hungarian coat of arms on the other. The brass scabbard is MINT and is covered with a beautiful dark patina. The nicest 100 year old dagger you’ll find. Near MINT.
