A rare matching Afrika Korps K98 bayonet. Small amount of pitting around the hilt and upper scabbard. The black bakelite grips show normal wear with no cracks. Multiple acceptance stamp at the top of the hilt. The AK FROG is complete and shows only light wear. The blade is is superb with no signs of sharping and 90%+ of its original finish. The obverse is stamped with serial # 7336i with matches the scabbard. The reverse is stamped “E.u.F. Horster”, which also matches the scabbard and the scabbard is also stamped “1939”. The scabbard is straight, has one small dent and has 85% of its original paint. Overall Excellent++.
